Mapping Your Path into 2025

3-Month Workshop + Community

4 October 2024 – 17 January 2025

Feeling stuck or craving a change, but not sure where to start? What if the New Year felt like an adventure designed by YOU—where you gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and create a map to live the life you truly want?

Imagine stepping into 2025 with clarity, calm confidence, and a sense of excitement about where you’re headed. Mapping Your Path (MYP) isn’t about following a rigid plan and societal scripts, or setting resolutions you won’t keep—it’s about creating a playful, creative map that guides you forward, on your own terms. Through unique exercises and a supportive community, you’ll uncover new paths, reconnect with yourself, and discover how much fun growth can be.

In MYP, we’re guided by the question "What if there was another way?" You don’t need to have everything figured out. MYP is here to help you take the first step.

Doing things differently can feel scary, but in MYP you’re never alone. You’ll be supported by Anne and an incredible global community along the way on paths of their own. It’s time to break free from old patterns that no longer serve you in favor of a path that lights you up.

Mapping Your Path into 2025 will help you gain clarity on your goals, build a creative toolkit for decision-making, and reconnect with your purpose—all while feeling supported by a global community.

This is a hand drawn map that has little doodles like a map, folded size, fork in the road, and sign that says "GET LOST!" and EXPLORE in the middle.

ANOTHER WAY to enter the New Year.

What You'll Experience in MYP into 2025:

+ Creative Tools for Personal Exploration

In MYP, you’ll map your way forward using fun, hands-on exercises like banana mapping, mind mapping, and visual journaling. Whether you’re exploring career changes, personal projects, or simply looking for a sense of direction, these tools help unlock new insights and possibilities. No artistic experience is required—just an open mind.

“I’ve been part of Mapping Your Path since the beginning. It has helped me reconnect with my creativity in a way I hadn’t imagined before. It also brought fun and magic into my life... It didn’t add overwhelm but brought clarity, simplicity, and lightness.”
— Céline Bourgeois (France)

+ Structure with Flexibility

Life can be busy, and MYP is designed to fit into your schedule. This program adapts to your schedule, ensuring you can still make progress no matter how busy life gets. Each month, you’ll dive into workshops, reflection sessions, and connection calls—allowing you to explore and reflect without pressure. Whether you join the live workshops and reflection sessions or catch up with replays on your own time (you can also spend more time with the exercises that way), you’ll experience the program at a pace that works for you. Connection calls are offered on various days and times so you can sign up for a time convenient for you.

“I am so grateful to be a part of MYP, and to have the time to dedicate to all these wonderfully revealing activities! Even though I’m not able to join the workshops live, I’m getting so much out of it! Taking time to watch the replay, and pausing to spend longer on the activities, feels like precious ‘mindfulness’ time for me!”
— Michelle Newell (Melbourne, Australia)

+ A Supportive Global Community

One of the biggest strengths of MYP is its global community of like-minded explorers. You’ll connect with others who are navigating their own paths and finding their way forward. Through small-group connection calls, Slack interactions, and workshops, you’ll build relationships that provide encouragement, fresh perspectives, and accountability. It’s up to you how much you want to engage.

“The community support was invaluable in providing accountability, encouraging me to look at things differently and take steps out of my comfort zone.”
— Lizetta Lyster (London, UK)

+ Hands-On SUPPORT + Guidance from Anne

I’m not just leading the way—I’m walking this path with you. Throughout the three months, I’ll provide personalized guidance, feedback, resources, and support, helping you stay on track and explore new possibilities. Whether you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or just need a nudge, I’m here to help you move forward.

“Anne’s level of engagement with participants across all the sessions and media is unique. As a coach, her authenticity shows and is valuable.”
— Anne B. (Utah, USA)

+ Real Results Without the Pressure

By the end of MYP, you’ll have gained clarity on your goals, developed a creative toolkit, and made meaningful progress—all without the pressure of perfection. You’ll leave with a sense of direction, a deeper connection to yourself, and the tools to navigate whatever 2025 brings your way.

“After joining MYP I feel the world opening up to me, rather than closing in... I now can allow myself the luxury of looking forward and imagining the life I really, truly want to live.”
— Ursula Tomlinson (Pennsylvania, USA)

YOU ARE HERE?
Where do you want to be?

Who Is This For?

Everyone is creative. MYP is for anyone curious to explore new possibilities, reconnect with themselves, and take steps toward the life they want. Whether you’re:

  • A corporate professional seeking balance and clarity in your personal and professional life,

  • Self-employed or a business owner looking to spark new ideas or chart a creative course (or even to feel less alone),

  • A student, parent, retiree, or creative navigating transitions or exploring what’s next,
MYP provides the space to pause, reflect, and design your path forward.

“You don’t have to know what you want to get out of the experience, you just have to know that you’re not where you want to be, and you’re not entirely sure why. Mapping Your Path is alchemy, because it will bring together parts of yourself and others to spark transformation you could never foresee. It’s the most supportive structured community to understand yourself better and make durable, meaningful change to your life.”
— Annie Yi (Washington, DC)

MYP is a container that allows you to show up as your authentic self. Not sure if you’re “creative enough”? Don’t worry—MYP is designed for everyone, no artistic experience required. If you’re open to exploration, you’ll thrive here. You’ll gain the confidence to explore and get lost, even if you’re in uncharted territory.

Connection is core to the magic inside Mapping Your Path. You never know who you may meet in the community or on a connection call. Even on wildly different journeys, parallel experiences emerge, and you never know how you may be inspired to take the next step of your own.

Much of the magic comes from finally making the time for you.

"What I didn’t realize was the magic of the people who come together in the space. It makes me feel like I’m not alone. Seeing so many people using the same language and experiencing similar obstacles brings me a level of delight that’s hard to describe. It’s magic."
— Sarah Dallas (Ohio, USA)

What You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A personalized map that reflects your goals, desires, and next steps,

  • New creative exercises for your personal toolkit,

  • A “guiding force” (word or theme) to carry you through 2025,

  • A new mindset—focused, calm, and empowered,

  • A community of supportive friends and fellow explorers,

  • A new confidence to make meaningful decisions that feel true to you, even when the road ahead is unclear,

  • You’ll leave with new tools, resources, and reminders to aid you a no matter what challenges arise in 2025—and beyond.

"MYP absolutely changed my life. I have more resources at my fingertips than I even know what to do with, and I am so happy and fulfilled with this path I’m on right now. This year is feeling very expansive, due in no small part to the support and resources gleaned during my time with MYP."
— Hilary Bilbury (West Texas, USA)

"While my initial intention was to come out of the program with some sort of plan and path forward, I think what I came out with, a purpose, was far more valuable. The exercises unlocked a version of the younger me that I had forgotten about with all the adulting I do, and I just loved all the creative exercises where I found a lot of joy."
— Susan Trunk (USA via UK and The Netherlands)

Meet Your Guide

Hi! I’m Anne! 👋 I’m an American writer, creative coach, and workshop facilitator based in Paris, France. Known for my unique approach to creativity and personal growth—banana mapping 🍌🗺️ is my signature move—I’ve never been one to take the traditional path. I founded Prêt à Voyager (translation: ready to travel) to explore the intersection of travel and design, with the mantra: "Travel is not about where you go, but how you see the world." That idea continues to infuse all my work where I like to give people the confidence to explore and get lost.

I like to connect the dots! A designer by training, I blend graphic design, design thinking, user experience design, storytelling, and global communication into my workshops and coaching. My work has been featured in Forbes and Psychologies Magazine, and my first book, OVERRIDE! What if there was another way? A pocket playbook for possibility launched in 2024.

I’m passionate about helping others find alternative ways forward, shaking up the status quo, and asking, "What if there was another way?"

I’m curious. What are you ready to change up or invite more of in your life?

Mindmap with Mapping Your Path in the center and key ideas around it like the journey is the destination, it's never too late, small steps all add up, start before you're ready, progress > perfection, find joy, have fun!

"Last year proved to be a year where I had to rethink how I approach and view almost everything - MYP being a major catalyst for getting me to actually realise that I didn’t have to keep banging my head against a brick wall expecting it to move, I just had to think differently."
–Ali Couchman (Paris via NZ)

The breakdown:

Month 1: CELEBRATE HOW FAR WE’VE COME

Month 2: CREATE YOUR GUIDEBOOK FOR LIFE

Month 3: DESIGN YOUR GUIDING FORCE + MAP FORWARD

Every month we’ll unlock new insights through creative exercises that can be completed during the workshops. All you need is to bring yourself, some paper, a journal, and your favorite pens/marker/colored pencils, and the rest will flow. These explorations are about ideas, not beautifully designed output.

We’ll keep zooming in and out and revisiting exercises as you build your toolkit, so if you miss a session it’s not the end of the world. KEEP GOING! We’re going for progress, not perfection. It’s up to you how much additional exploration you want to do.

Together we’ll build a toolkit that will serve you in the New Year—and beyond!

“MYP takes me back to basics in a good way and orients me towards an integrated way of thinking about my life. I run my own business supporting social change leaders and have two young kids, and this community has helped me really think through how to best nourish myself amongst it all. I've even found time to sit in my travel hammock amongst the trees again.”
– May Miller-Dawkins (New Zealand)

How we connect:

The entire MYP experience is designed to unlock new insights on different levels, even when you’re not actively working on it. There’s always magic happening behind the scenes, as you move through the creative process and connect with others.

The flexible structure of MYP is meant to work within your life, so it never feels like a big commitment. You decide how much time you want to dedicate each month. Some participants spend as little as two hours, while others dive deeper and carve out more time for themselves. Imagine what could be possible if you devoted 5 hours to YOU each month. (And if some weeks or months you can’t give as much time, that’s perfect too—it means you’re living your life!)

MYPers look forward to carving out time for our gatherings, whether live or through replays. Replays are a favorite for many, giving you the freedom to pause, reflect, and spend more time with the material. The entire experience feels more like play than work, and it's a space where you can truly show up as yourself.

Each month has four key components in the Mapping Your Path container. These allow for flexibility, new perspectives, and time for reflection. Remember: there’s no behind in MYP, and there’s no pressure to do it all.

+ Monthly Workshops with Creative Exercises (1.5 hrs)

Small group calls with 5-6 community members + Anne

  • These calls are relaxed and informal (think café vibes), with space to talk through exercises, ask for feedback, or get support on whatever’s happening in your life

  • You never know who you’ll meet! These calls often become the highlight of MYP, and magic can happen ✨

  • No need to prepare, just show up!

"I always feel so light and energized after our connection calls. So nice to talk to others who are going through similar struggles or asking themselves similar questions and just to feel the lovely support of you all.”
–Jenni Lepoutre (Paris, France)

+ MYP Community

Private community on Slack

  • Our Slack community is your space to reflect, share progress, and receive support. You can dip in anytime to gather ideas, find encouragement, or ask for feedback—no pressure, just ongoing support from like-minded explorers.

  • Perfect for weekly check-ins to see your progress and evolution over time—there’s no expectation to do things perfectly! Its a place to connect with yourself and with others

  • Share inspiration, exercises, resources, funny links, celebrate small wins, and or ask questions, brainstorm, or simply think out loud. This is a space for exploration!

  • Anne is an active participant and provides direct support, but the community itself is incredibly generous and always ready to chime in with helpful feedback

  • Community engagement is encouraged, but not required for this experience. MYP is not your typical community, so give it a try before assuming it’s not for you

+ Wrap-Up WORKSHOP (1.5 hrs)

At the end of our three months together, we’ll gather for a final workshop-style check-in and celebration of how far we’ve come. We’ll do it in the New Year after the holiday craziness has settled. It’s an intentional time to reflect on the journey, celebrate your progress, and look ahead to what’s next.

This global group loves to travel, so it’s not uncommon for people to dip in and out as life happens. Even if you’re not going anywhere, breaks and pauses are welcome and encouraged. There’s no behind in MYP. You have full permission to come back wherever you are, whenever you're ready.

NOTE: Workshops and reflection sessions take place from 5-6:30pm CET/Paris (11am-12:30pm EST) on Zoom, but don’t worry about the times! Replays can be watched whenever works for you. Many participants prefer the flexibility of replays, pausing to take more time with the material. You’ll have lifetime access to the replays even after the 3 months are over, so you can revisit the sessions whenever you need.

"I am a flood of emotions, reviewing all the exercises, thoughts, brainstorming, dreams, curiosities and aha moments along the way. I am a different person than when I began 3 months ago. MYP has been so helpful to guide through this process [of figuring out what's next]. A magical resource I’m constantly learning from."
— Monique Carbajal (San Pedro, CA)

“I have done many of those so-called workshops and online programs in the past 3 years, till now I haven’t had such a beautifully designed program, a rich content, powerful exercises and the wonderful people in the community. I was blown away and it is truly an aspiration and inspiration. Thank you ever so much for welcoming me into your world! I’ve learned a great deal about myself, more than I had with many of the coaches I have had so far. I’m forever grateful.”
— Sophie Frey (Switzerland)

Ready to Map Your Path?

If you're ready to gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and design a path forward with purpose, I invite you to join us for Mapping Your Path into 2025. Together, we’ll explore, create, and grow—because it's never too late, and this should be fun!

Unlike many programs, your host/guide (Anne) is engaged throughout the program. You can interact with me directly in the community space and on the monthly small group connection calls (Anne + 5-6 MYPers) for a fraction of the cost of 1:1 coaching with the magical support of the community. I’m happy to provide feedback and brainstorm ideas on anything shared in the community space and on the calls. The beauty is that the community may have brilliant feedback too! Together, we’ll discover new insights, hold each other accountable, and celebrate progress.

So many leaders claim to have the perfect formula and all the answers. No two maps are the same. I’m here to remind you that we’re all on our own journeys and inspiration can come from anywhere—often it’s right in front of us when we get out of our own way.

Mapping Your Path feels more like play than work. This is not your traditional goal setting. It’s way more fun and a break from the everyday grind. (Past MYPers have described Mapping Your Path as their “self-care.”) You’ll be in the driver’s seat, designing the life you want to live. It may not happen overnight, and no one said the journey may not be messy at times, but you will never get to your destination if you don’t take the first step.

We do this work over three months to allow us to go deeper, get out of default modes, and consider paths we may not have taken into account at first glance. It also allows us to experiment and prototype before diving in head first, saving us time in the long run. It also means we get to wrap up 2024 with intention—it’s not over yet!

There’s no time like the present. Plant the seeds for tomorrow, today. I can’t wait to see what happens when you do! That’s the beauty of the community, we all learn from and are inspired by each other. Step into 2025 with confidence and a map that reflects the life you want to live.

FAQ

  • There are a mix of participants in Mapping Your Path who are self-employed, work full-time jobs, are in between careers, are full-time care takers, and retired. They come from a wide range of industries: advocacy, creative/arts, architecture, fashion, healthcare, sustainability, coaching, writing, nutrition, education, marketing, politics/public service, tech, financial services, consulting, textiles, book binding, self-employed, caregiving, nursing, retirement, and more. Community members are so much more than their job.

Connections across industries, ages/generations, and locations allow for a unique cross-pollination in the space.

While many participants do come from creative industries, not all do. In MYP the belief is EVERYONE is creative and EVERYONE is welcome!

The community is composed of warm-hearted humans from all over the world: US (including South Dakota!), Canada, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Scotland, England, France, Finland, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, India, Singapore, the Philippines, and more. Those who join MYP bring rich, diverse perspectives to the group. You never know who you may meet.

There tends to be a mix of profiles. Many people are in transition and exploring what’s next for them in life, others are well on their way with a clear vision. A lot of people join for the added support and community (particularly great for freelancers/self-employed people).

There’s no one/right way to do this. It is recommended to start before you’re “ready.” You never know what may be possible!

You can find more testimonials of past (and current) participants here. You don’t have to take my word for it!

  • You can find lots of amazing testimonials from past MYPers here!

  • The fall version of MYP “Into the New Year” (Oct–Jan) has a focus on figuring out how we want to finish the current year, and go into the New Year with intention. The main focus is developing a “guiding force” (word/phrase) and creating a map for the year ahead.

The spring version of MYP (Feb–April) has a very similar spirit, and is more about unlocking our best selves and our secret sauce.

Both versions have different creative exercises that complement each other and connect to larger themes. From year to year, the overall workshop themes are the same, however, there may be new exercises introduced as MYP continues to evolve.

People join MYP during different cycles, and there is no one way/place to start.

Many people come back for new MYP cohorts to take advantage of the community and meet new people.

The summer version of MYP is a “lighter” version and more is more focus on accountability. It is a bit of an experiment every year and may take a different form in the future.

More info can be found here.

  • I offer a limited number of partial scholarships for up to 50% off. These are by application, which is designed to be quick, fun, and easy. (Seriously, it can take you less than 10 minutes! I'd rather you apply than overthink it.)

Priority is given to new MYPers as alumni receive deep discounts, but alumni are welcome to apply as well.

All the information to apply can be found here.

    Don't over-think it + have fun!

  • I never want anyone to feel like they are beyond their financial means to join this group. Note that there are payment plans available as well to help make it more accessible.

I want to encourage you to think about how you can look at MYP as an INVESTMENT in yourself. The first time I invested in a coach it was terrifying and felt like a lot of money. It turns out it was the step I needed to start taking my business more seriously. It was the nudge, jolt, and support I needed at that time.

Many coaching programs of this caliber cost thousands of dollars with less access to the leader. I do encourage you to look to see if there is anywhere in your life you can save money (do you really need all those subscriptions?), and see if you can find a way to make it work.

I can assure you I’ve witnessed so many transformations from people who join the group even though it feels daunting. The ultimate goal through MYP is that you will make shifts in your life through MYP that will set you up for future success.

The other perk is that once you sign up for MYP you get discounts to other offers including a deep discount to future MYP cohorts.

This is the first time I’ll be offering a limited number of partial 50% scholarships. Click here for more information and how to apply. Applications are due Sept 30.

  • YES!! And the most epic community of wonderful humans around the world.

Unlike most online programs, I’m an active participant in MYP, doing the exercises alongside you and posting my weekly check-ins on Slack. I find there is power in the collective and doing this work in the company of others.

It’s up to the individual how much they choose to share, but I’m in the MYP community space most days engaging with participants and responding to questions. My only "rule" is that people must post in a public channel (it's OK if it's tucked inside a thread). I don't offer feedback via DM as I believe we all can learn from those brave enough to share (you'll likely get great feedback from others too!).

You also get direct support and feedback from me on the small group Connection Calls.

Part of the joy of MYP is that I learn as much from the participants as they learn from me.

Participants interested in going deeper can book discounted 1:1 coaching calls when participating in the current cohort.

  • The MYP community is truly AWESOME!!! No one is required to participate, but those who do absolutely love it. It’s not like other communities online. This one is special, supportive, and magical.

My basic rule is that you need to share it on a public channel and I’ll be more than happy to respond and exchange with you (you may get some awesome other feedback too!).

You do not need to read every post on Slack to get a lot out of it. You do not need to “engage” with others before diving in or posting a question. This is not like other communities.

I’ll send you reminders via email as well so you won’t miss anything if you’re not active on Slack.

I choose to use Slack for the community because it keeps the vibe fun, casual, and conversation (and us off of Facebook). Some people who have used Slack for work or other uses have said the way I use Slack is not like any other experience they’ve had before (that’s a good thing!).

If you’ve never used Slack before, don’t worry, I’ll be onboarding everyone and sending a short how-to video. Like many things in life, oftentimes the best way to approach things is to learn by doing.

Some MYPers never log onto Slack and still get a ton out of the experience. People have different needs in different seasons of their life. I encourage/nudge people to engage and share to help you get out of your way. It’s up to you to decide what feels right for you. Give yourself grace.

New members are welcome and encouraged to dive right in. For others, they may hang back and observe/listen their first time through MYP. It’s a friendly, supportive place, and a truly safe space. No one will bite :)

  • A realistic expectation is to carve out 4 hours a month as devoted time for YOU to spend on MYP. For many, MYP feels like a sacred time for them that they look forward to.

I fully expect people to have other things going on, that’s why I designed MYP the way I did—the essentials.

The workshops and reflection sessions are 1.5 hours, and mini group connection calls are 1 hour, in total 4 hours a month. It’s designed with space to breathe. There is NO BEHIND IN MYP!

Time invested in the Slack community should be whatever feels right for you. (Personally, it's my favorite place on the internet.) You don’t need to feel guilty if you can’t check it all the time or read every message.

We all tend to tell ourselves stories about how we need to “make the most of my investment” or, “I need to get my money’s worth.” Insights and learnings can happen in many different forms.

If you’re in a slow period of life you may find yourself dipping into the community daily. If you have a full schedule and would like to participate in the community, I recommend scheduling time every week on your calendar so you can check-in.

You don’t have to be the perfect student or top of the class to get a ton out of the experience. It’s a great time/place/space to experiment!

Often times you may open the Slack community and see a post or resource that is just what you needed to see that day (you take it from there and run). Other times posts may not resonate with you, which is fine—take what works for you, and ignore the rest. YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALL!

  • Please don't make your decision based on if you can make all the sessions live or not. Very few people are able to join all of them live. Many participants live in time zones where they're not even awake during workshops.

I run workshops and reflection sessions in a dynamic way that will make you feel like you're there even if watching the replay. Many folks actually prefer the replays so they can hit pause and spend more time with the exercises.

    Here's is the current calendar:

    • Workshop dates: KICK OFF: Friday, Oct 4th

    • REFLECTION SESSION #1: Thursday, Oct 17th

    • Connection Call: Last two weeks of October

    • WORKSHOP #2: Friday, Nov 1st

    • REFLECTION SESSION #2: Wednesday, Nov 13th (note day change just this month!)

    • Connection Call: Last two weeks of November

    • WORKSHOP #3: Friday, Dec 6th

    • REFLECTION SESSION #3: Thursday, Dec 19th

    • Connection Call: these may be held in early Jan due to holidays.

    • WRAP-UP WORKSHOP: Fri, Jan 17th

  • YES! YES! YES!

The workshops are just one component of the MYP experience, which is designed to be a living container adapted to work with people who have real/busy lives.

Every workshop and reflection session is recorded so you can watch on your own time. Some people even enjoy the fact that they can pause while they watch so they can spend more time with the exercises.

Even with participants spread throughout the globe, the Slack community is a great way to connect with other community members asynchronously.

We’ve had multiple people join from Australia and Asia in the past and even though they couldn’t join the live calls, every month I made sure there was a time she could meet others during the “connection calls” (mini groups with 5-6 other MYPers).

Sometimes people have work or other commitments that keep them from joining live workshops, but the same response as above applies. There are different elements that make up MYP, and different components are going to resonate with people differently. The goal is that you can find a way that makes it work for you.

Everyone has full permission to show up imperfectly and do what you can without adding additional stress to your life.

You also get lifetime access to the replays.

  • There is a significant percentage of returning MYPers who return for more. Some have been around since the beginning, and others have taken a cycle or two off and come back. There’s no one/right way to do this. Just know you’re always welcome back :)

As humans we are constantly growing and evolving. From year to year we may explore the same exercise through a completely different lens. We also bring new experience and information. We can go deeper.

Every round I continue to refine the offer, invite in new inspiration, explore new ideas and exercises, and of course, there are new faces in every round to look forward to.

Sometimes an idea or concept won’t resonate the first time around, but through reinforcement and continued practice something starts to click. We’ll do many of the same activities that we’ve done in the past, but you’ll go into them with another year worth of experience under your belt. You may even find yourself responding to them in a completely different way than last year’s you.

MYP is always evolving and so much of the inspiration comes from those inside the community.

All MYPers are welcome to request additional exercises or journal prompts inside the community space. My goal is not to overwhelm everyone because more doing is rarely the way forward.

  • I hear this all the time, but the reality is there is never the perfect time. We need to stop making our dreams and desires a moving target.

I like to think of MYP as a way to prime yourself for all the good stuff to come.

You don't have to do it perfectly. In fact, I actively encourage people to use this as a safe space to practice imperfection, self-compassion, and remove judgment. (Easier said than done, that's why I said PRACTICE.)

The various types of touch points mean you can do what resonates and leave the rest.

Anything new is scary. It's why I encourage people to START BEFORE YOU'RE READY. It helps make the mountain feel less steep.
