3-month
accountability booster group + community

MYP: PLAYGROUND is a 3-mo creative container where you get to play, make real progress, and shine.

✨There’s magic in community. ✨

✨I made this special video to talk you through the magic that is MYP!✨

There will ALWAYS be an excuse not to do the thing we want to do, but we must keep going anyway. We must make time for ourselves and our dreams, even if it’s through micro-moments each week. Every small step we take over time adds up.

Life is a journey and we can’t control every outcome. Why not ENJOY the ride?

Mapping Your Path isn’t your typical online offer. MYP is a connected, intimate experience. It’s inspiration, guidance, coaching, support, connection and even a side of magic. This is how you advance and make progress without added stress.

Sometimes we just have to adapt the recipe and shift how we’re approaching something to add a little more fun and joy into our lives. Everyone has full permission to adapt the recipe to what works for you. Stop trying to fit some mold or formula that only frustrates you further.

It’s time to let that magic within you out! ✨ It’s time to shine!

We must break out of auto-pilot and see the world differently.

In MYP we often ask the question, “What if there was another way?” There truly is! It’s quite fun too when you open yourself to other possibilities and pathways you may not have initially considered.

It helps to be in the company of others who are interested in other ways and who can help show you new ways forward in how they move through the world too.

Are you hungry for connection?

The best part is you don’t have to do life alone. There is power when we do this work in community.

It doesn’t matter if we’re working on different projects. When we’re in community we can learn from and be inspired by others. We can ask questions, be pleasantly surprised by the unexpected, and cheer each other on.

Life is more fun in community—as long as you find the right people. In MYP we live by “Shine Theory” where there’s room for everyone to shine. The best way is together, where we are nourished by the collective energy of creativity, curiosity, and shared goals to move something meaningful to us forward.

Many of us have joined my fair share of offers in the past that claim to have great communities, but it really felt like noise, one-way communication, and lacked connection (and some really just felt like toxic wastelands to be honest).

Real community is a supportive scaffolding for connection. The MYP experience is built to foster community, and it’s why Anne chooses to be an active participant every step of the way, and engage with everyone who joins the community, sharing an inside look at what she’s working on and thinking through. Even on a bad day you’ll learn you can turn your day around, and leave sessions feeling lit up and better than when you joined.

Being in community doesn’t mean you have to be connected 24/7 or read and respond to every message (we’re not going for performative community here either). It means you have a place to go when you need it or want it. It’s a guilt-free, judgment-free zone, where you get to be yourself (it’s OK if you need to vent some days!), ask questions, ask for help, celebrate yourself, share what you’re working on, let yourself shine, be inspired by others, and cheer each other on. The beauty comes from the hive mind you can turn to. 🐝 There is so much wisdom in the MYP community.

In MYP you can dip in and out as you please. Leave perfectionist tendencies at the door, and see what happens…

MAPPING YOUR PATH is a creative container for exploration. It’s full of amazing humans around the world in many stages of their life with varied backgrounds who bring it to life. You won’t get lost in the crowd. (Each cohort caps at ~50 participants, many who return year after year.)

This group also loves to travel. Whether you’re asking for travel tips or sharing your latest adventures, progress isn’t all about work. It’s also about making time to live the life you want to live. You don’t have to travel far or to exotic places to capture this spirit.

It’s normal for people to take time off during our three months together. The MYP PLAYGROUND is also about learning to come back to yourself even with the detours of life. It’s an invitation to allow everything to be a practice. We’re here to explore and find other ways, better ways, more supportive ways forward.

The container is designed to have live, recorded, and asynchronous components so there’s time and space for everyone to be able to play in ways that fit into your life. Rather than loading you down with more lessons and workshops, the PLAYGROUND is designed to create space to progress on your deep desires.

You can look forward to:

  • Kick-off workshop to help set focus and intention for what you want to focus/work on for the next three months (there will be banana maps so bring a banana! 🍌🗺️). This will be hosted live on Friday, June 21st at 5pm-6:30pm CET/Paris (11am EST) and the replay will be available for those who can’t join live.

  • An out-of-this-world community! The online community hub [Slack] is where we check-in, celebrate wins, share resources (and magical moments), and connect with each other. Anne is active daily and engages with everyone who posts in the public channels, providing feedback, support, resources, or anything you need in this season. She will be your Chief Dot Connector! Pick her brain on anything or everything. There’s no quota. It’s like having a personal coach at your fingertips, but you’ll soon learn everyone in the community will have great wisdom too.

  • Real-time small group Connection Calls (3) with Anne + ~5-6 other community members where we can check-in with our process, explore blocks, or talk through anything on our minds. These calls are always a MYP highlight! There’s one call each month where you sign up for a time that works for you. (Anne will help ensure everyone who wants to join a call can.)

  • Co-working calls! Totally optional. We’ll vote in the community to find what times work with folks to make sure wherever you are in the world you can join if you feel pulled. When possible, Anne will keep the room open 15 minutes to chat and answer questions.

  • Wrap-up workshop! You’ll be invited to share anything you’ve been working on (but there’s no pressure to either). This is where we celebrate the progress (or perhaps detours or new insights) we’ve made over the past few months. Bring a banana, as there will be another banana map! This will take place Friday, Sept 20th at 5pm-6:30pm CET/Paris (11am EST) and the replay will be available for those who can’t join live.

  • Surprises, delight, and connection! This summer is about experimentation and exploration, so there may be some bonuses to help us further connect. MYP can also be your playground to test out what you’re exploring with the community.

Mapping Your Path is like having your own personal coach for three months for a fraction of the cost, and incredible insights from the community too!

In the summer version, there are fewer workshops. The goal is for you to make actual progress on one of your own endeavors and focus on your deep desires that keep getting pushed to the wayside. (What if you don’t need one more training to get started?) We’re not talking about grind and discipline, we’re working with mindset and flows, and looking for clever shortcuts and new pathways along the way.

Be thinking about what you want to move the needle forward on. It can be anything. You may be coming into this experience with big ambitions, but don’t underestimate the small steps. The “playground” is meant to be a sacred space for you. Rather than attempting to do all the things, you’re encouraged to come in with ONE focus area that you can really hone in on and play with for the next few months.

A few ideas are:

  • Going for a walk 3x a week (or spending more time outside)

  • Creating a roadmap for your business (maybe on a banana!?)

  • Starting the podcast/website/blog/newsletter you’ve been talking about (or just getting your first page up!)

  • Intentionally unplugging from technology for X hours a day/week

  • Working on the book idea that won’t leave you alone (or even just writing the first chapter)

  • Writing poetry (or finessing one poem)

  • Practicing boundaries at work (maybe creatively chart and celebrate those wins!)

  • Celebrating the number of times you can say NO

  • Launching a new endeavor (or getting it closer)

  • Prototyping your first workshop (aka DOING not just thinking/talking about)

  • Try something new every week (or once a month)

(Anne just launched a new book! 📓 Her focus for the 3-months is going to be on celebrating and promoting spreading the word about her book… See what she did there? How we frame our “projects” can change how we show up for them. Mindset is key. Join the summer cohort and you’ll get a sneak peek inside being a self-published author and what she’s cooking up. It may just inspire something you’re stuck on…)

Rather than a specific project, you may want to come in with one word to carry through the three months (we’ll explore this more in the kick-off workshop and can continue to dig into it in the community space). That word probably shouldn’t be “discipline.” We’re on a PLAYGROUND here, so the goal is to come up with something that feels supportive, and even exciting to you. The goal is to advance on something meaningful for YOU, NOT to keep feeding everything/one else without nurturing yourself.

This is not about doing more or hustling. It’s about going DEEPER and being intentional, putting you and your desires first. It’s taking the steps to make them happen. Even if we can’t control timelines, we can make real progress. And sometimes progress may look different than we think.

This time can be exploratory and experimental. You may find you uncover a new practice or establish new ways of working or showing up for yourself. Anything is possible! Stay open.

Keep it simple. Keep it fun. It’s time to PLAY by your own rules.

This journey is not about doing anything perfectly or waiting for the right moment. If we play that game, we will never win. We must break out of the cycles of excuses and old stories, and unrealistic expectations that hold us back. Taking ACTION is how we make progress, it’s what helps give us information and clarity for our next move. Imperfect action is how we move the needle forward.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Clarity around what you’re doing and how you’re doing it (or how you work best)

  • Insights for your own rules for creating (and you’ll finally stop trying to follow formulas for others that just don’t work for you)

  • Permission to experiment with play in all facets of life (not just in free time)

  • Expert guidance (not just from Anne, but others in the community, and more importantly, returning to your own internal guidance system)

  • Mentorship that will put you further on your path, all while feeling less alone

  • Real progress towards your dreams and goals (tangible outcomes and how you want to show up in the world)

  • New skills to play with and transform any resistance into something that works for you

  • A reminder that there can be deep value in slowing down and being more intentional where you’re going (intention can also be intuition and trusting your own path even if it doesn’t move at the speed you imagined)

  • Banana maps to transform into banana bread or anything of your choice

  • More delight, fun, memories, and new friends around the globe

It may even be time to START BEFORE YOU’RE READY.

When we get out of our own way and stop telling ourselves we haven’t done the thing we can start celebrating the small steps, seeing and feeling the progress we have made. When we zoom out we can see how far we’ve really come!

The accountability piece is how we can help chart our progress so we can see the strides we’ve made rather than getting stuck in thinking we haven’t done enough or are “behind.” We change the energy and how we show up for ourselves when we celebrate the small steps along the way. We’re learning to be accountable to ourselves first and foremost.

It’s time to do things differently if we’re going to make actual progress. It’s time to INVITE a bit of play, creativity, and connection to ALL aspects of your life.

I love the community aspect. I felt the mini group sessions really helped create deeper connections with people and I’ve loved that.
— Tami Lynn Ross, storyfinder

MYP is like a group of friends who are helping you achieve actual goals but also a sense of purpose and meaning; it is an abundant collection of ideas, views from which you can draw what works for you.
— Mara M.

For anything to be a success, it takes a sense of openness to trying new ways of doing things. (You're also welcome and encouraged to share what's worked for you in the community group so we can all learn and grow from each other.)

What this is NOT:

  • More things to feel behind on

  • Another thing to do

  • More workshops and videos to watch

  • More worksheets

  • Baby-sitting and hand-holding

What this IS:

  • Making progress towards your goals (tiny steps lead to big leaps!)

  • Taking steps (the first step?) to what you really want to be doing/working on

  • Carving out time for YOU and your needs and taking the time to work on your endeavors without adding to your workload

  • Prioritizing YOU over the stress of life and work (this can even mean 5 min a day!)

  • Allowing yourself to pause or rest if need be

  • Support and guidance when you feel stuck or blocked

  • Getting direct support from Anne and other community members to help you unblock and make strides

  • Re-writing the narrative that you don't have time for certain things

  • Connecting with yourself and with others

  • A way to check in, track, and show your progress

  • A judgement-free zone where you can show up for yourself

  • A sense of purpose, drive, and forward momentum

  • A gentle kick in the butt to stop making excuses, and start making progress

  • Learning and being inspired by others and their experiences to propel us forward

  • Being open to different ways of doing things

  • Investing in yourself and your future (because you deserve it!!!)

Sometimes accountability can be as simple as starting your day by prioritizing five minutes for yourself.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Anne S. Ditmeyer (aka Prêt à Voyager, translation: ready to travel) has never been one to do things the traditional way. From being a member of the men's crew team in college to starting her own business in France (which eventually earned her dual citizenship), Anne has always been guided by "her own special gyroscope" as her mom would say. She picked up from her grandfather, who got us to the moon and back, that “it should be FUN!”

Anne believes "travel is not about where you go, but how you see the world." Her year abroad had a huge influence in how she sees the world and approaches her work, driven by experience and viewing the city as her classroom. She believes in sharing "alternative narratives" or the stories we don't always hear. She despises the narrative around busy is a badge of honor, and actively works to promote a different, more sustainable way of working—and living.

Creativity, connection, curiosity, and experience are at the heart of all the work she does, and is at the core of her work as a creative coach and workshop facilitator. She developed Write Your Own Rules and Mapping Your Path to show there’s another way of working that isn’t always the one that society programs us to think we should follow.

Her new book OVERRIDE! What if there was another way? A pocket playbook for possibility explores how we can open doors to other ways. What always has worked is no longer working. It’s time to shake things up and have some FUN!
