Mapping Your Path
UNIVERSE
Mapping Your Path is a 3-month workshop + guided community designed to unlock the magic within you with a unique structure unlike other online programs. It’s a connected experience designed to give you clarity, direction, focus, and motivation, while also being designed to allow for flexibility and to fit into busy lives.
WHAT IF there was another way?
WHAT IF you didn’t have to have it all figured out?
WHAT IF you got to create your own map?
WHAT IF anything was possible?
WHAT IF it was FUN?
There are three different versions of MYP throughout the year that integrate community, connection, and creativity. Sign up below to be notified of upcoming cohorts.
Start anywhere. Start before you’re ready. There’s no behind. There’s no perfect time.
Mapping Your Path into 2024
Oct – Jan
The fall version of Mapping Your Path is how MYP was initially founded. It is a space to be intentional about how you want to wrap up the year, and think ahead for what you want out of the year to come. During the workshops, participants will develop a guiding force [word/theme] and create a map for the year ahead. You will be guided every step of the way. It's like the New Year's edition, but with intentions, not resolutions, and the power of community. No artistic skill required. How do you want to feel going into the new year?!?
Mapping Your Path: Another Way
Feb–Apr
The winter/spring version of MYP gets us looking inwardly in fun, creative ways to examine the stories we tell ourselves, fears, and limiting beliefs to unlock our superpowers that have always been inside us. It’s about uncovering our best selves along the way. We do this through creative mapping exercises and prompts to get you exploring. You’ll unearth your best self and find your secret sauce through exercises and the support of the community. It’s about following your curiosity and allowing yourself to dream. What if there was another way?
Mapping Your Path: Let’s PLAY!
June–Aug
This is a "lighter" (and lowest price point) version of MYP run each summer. MYP: Let’s PLAY is the structure, accountability, and community you need to move the needle forward on the thing that keeps getting pushed aside and sidetracked by life. It’s through the spirit of fun that shortcuts and unexpected pathways may appear. There’s always another way. Moving forward doesn’t always have to be hard. You can also move forward with ease. Allow yourself time for play, imagination, and creative surprises.
Note: the summer cohort is always experimental and subject to change.
Next enrollment tentatively ~May.
A unique container
Mapping Your Path was created to include multiple touch points and way to connect. It is up to the participant to decide what they need (or have time for). You can show up imperfectly and still get a ton out of the experience. The goal is to move the needle forward. MYP prioritizes progress over perfection, and celebrates imperfect action. Workshops can be joined live, while some folks prefer the replay so they can press pause and spend more time with exercises.
The one-of-a-kind out-of-this-world community who joins from all around the world and direct support from Anne help ensure you’re making progress towards what you REALLY want in life. You won’t get lost in the crowd. It’s the accountability and community you didn’t know you needed in life. Everyone is on their own journey while feeling supported by the collective.

You don’t have to take my word for it:
“Thank you for an amazing MYP session. I am grateful to have learned so much from this process and from everyone in the community. It has been a year since I left my job. I thought I would figure out what I should do next. And I have in a way, but not like I expected. I’ve focused on stretching, to simplify and be lighter as well as to explore.”
– Clare Wade (Michigan, USA)
“I'm grateful for this space, the mappers, and Anne for such an enriching addition to my life. I’ve received so many treasures and insights, from embracing the magic, to letting the path unfold, and all without forgetting to PLAY and have FUN on the way!”
– Daniela Bak (South of France)
MYP takes me back to basics in a good way and orients me towards an integrated way of thinking about my life. I run my own business supporting social change leaders and have two young kids, and this community has helped me really think through how to best nourish myself amongst it all. I've even found time to sit in my travel hammock amongst the trees again.
– May Miller-Dawkins (New Zealand)
When I first joined MYP I was so stuck I didn't know the first step to take. I'd been so focused on survival than anything strategic. The most eye-opening aspect of MYP was discovering a more visual way of putting strategies together. It's been so helpful to allow me to think and do things differently.
– Susan Trunk (US / UK / The Netherlands)
“Can't be more grateful for what MYP has brought me on my journey. When I joined MYP I had just signed my book deal and did not realize all the challenges that I was about to experience. Being supported by this community helped me a lot along the way, showed me another way of looking at things & looking at what I had already achieved. MYP even got involved in finding the title of my book because at that exact time I was struggling with it, everything fell into place just by listening and being open to receiving help from others. Truly game-changer!”
– Caroline Arditti (Paris, France)
I am so grateful to be a part of MYP, and to have the time to dedicate to all these wonderfully revealing activities! Even though I’m not able to join the workshops live, I’m getting so much out of it! Taking time to watch the replay, and pausing to spend longer on the activities, feels like precious ‘mindfulness’ time for me!
— MICHELLE NEWELL (MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA)
I’ve been hooked since I first took Write Your Own Rules workshop with Anne! Anne has created a safe, fun, creative space and community to explore, noodle upon and gently uncover some of the internal scratchiness and joyfully articulate ‘A’ way (i.e. not ‘THE’ way) that works for you. And during the time you’re there, it’s always ‘never too late to start’. Despite being on the other side of the world, Anne has always made sure there are suitable times for me to join live (via Zoom), small-group Connection Calls (a virtual coffee date), which is often “where the magic happens.”
– Ley Kingdom (Brisbane, Australia)
I have done many of those so-called workshops and online programs in the past 3 years, till now I haven’t had such a beautifully designed program, a rich content, powerful exercises and the wonderful people in the community.
I was blown away and it is truly an aspiration and inspiration. Thank you ever so much for welcoming me into your world! I’ve learned a great deal about myself, more than I had with many of the coaches I have had so far. I’m forever grateful.
– Sophie Frey (Switzerland)
When I first joined MYP I had a very different idea in mind of where it would take me. Instead, I received a life-changing health diagnosis while enrolled. MYP helped give me a foundation and space for reflection. The community was immensely supportive both in listening, and for tangible guidance in launching a podcast to share my new mission around the gift of help.
– Ashley Usiskin (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
“Mapping Your Path is alchemy, because it will bring together parts of yourself and others to spark transformation you could never foresee. It’s the most supportive structured community to understand yourself better and make durable, meaningful change to your life.
You don’t have to know what you want to get out of the experience, you just have to know that you’re not where you want to be and you’re not entirely sure why.”
– Annie Yi (Washington, DC)
“I’m amazed at how transformative MYP has been! It’s all about asking the right questions and digging up the answers.
I’ve taken innumerable online classes, courses, and workshops, and MYP is the ONLY one that I (surprisingly) saw myself commit to from start to finish. The reason? Engagement of its leader, Anne who is very much involved not only as a guide but as a peer, leading by example. Another huge benefit of MYP is the richness of the group - feeling surrounded by truly brilliant people kept me inspired. ”
— NADIA MONOSOVA (BROOKLYN, NY)
“When I first signed up for MYP I was navigating life in Paris after completing grad school. During MYP I quit my job, started my own business, and got my French visa renewed. Having the support of the MYP community meant a lot during this time as it wasn’t always smooth sailing. Much to my pleasant surprise I even found other MYPers who needed my services and hired me! As someone who is self-employed and enjoys the company of other people, the Slack community and particularly the monthly connection calls were really helpful for keeping me going.”
– Monique Callender (Paris, France)
“The community that you cultivated was so special. It’s incredible that you attracted a group of kind hearted, supportive individuals from around the world to be a part of the program. Learning that other people were also dealing with the things that I was was struggling with and working through them together was what made the program worth it.”
— NISHANT BHANSALI (INDIA + USA)
“Anne is the master at creating the life she wants to live. She guides you through exercises and resources to help you get your sh*t together and live your best life. No expectations, no achievement or productivity requirements. She guides you at your own pace and stresses progress over perfection. You will be awed and humbled by the weekly mind-blowing realizations you will have. I laughed, I cried, I came back to myself. MYP taught me / reminded me that there is more to a life-well-lived than work and achievement and productivity and money. It reminded me that I want room for laughter and joy and fun in my life and helped me begin to map out a path for how to get those things back into my life.”
— ALEX PAPPAS (FLORIDA, USA)
“Thank you for a really, really fun experience that helped me realize the power of community. I’ve never joined a creative community like this before and am now a believer!
Being a part of this group has really shifted the way I approach new challenges and move away from the ‘shoulds’. Mapping Your Path was essential to me taking the plunge and reconsidering the next chapter of my career path.”
— SHWETA JOHRI SCOTT (LUXEMBOURG)
“I’ve been part of five rounds of Mapping Your Path now. When I first joined the group I was unemployed. Working through the creative exercises helped me focus on what was important to me and what I had (and hadn’t) enjoyed in the past to help ensure whatever I did next was fulfilling and helped me live the life I wanted to live.
The community support was invaluable in providing accountability, encouraging me to look at things differently and take steps out of my comfort zone. My mindset has completely shifted from being part of MYP, and I’m happy to report I now have a job I love, in an organisation that operates in alignment with my values, where I have the flexibility I didn’t before think was possible.”
— LIZETTA LYSTER (LONDON, UK)
“Whether you work in the creative industries or not, you are creative. Mapping Your Path takes you on a journey of self-discovery and exploration into why you are who you are and how to be true to yourself in your next steps.
This experience really helped me connect the dots between who I am and what I want to be doing as I left years of high pressure work environments to start my own consultancy. It uses tools and approaches that are fun and different—it never felt like work—and it was really well organized and the time flew on our calls.”
— NINA WINSTON (CHICAGO, IL)
“MYP is like a long hug on my soul. That kind of hug that puts you in alignment with yourself and the world. MYP is a map to our inner self. It shows us that the best way to show up is being our real selves. MYP is an amazing community of wonderful and real people sharing their vulnerabilities and their ideas to make the world a little brighter. For 3 months it has been my daily dose of inspiration, the “place” to run to when I needed a little magic. You will always find something beautiful to be inspired on MYP. It’s actually much more than an amazing community: there are the exercises, banana mapping, Anne’s support, the priceless access to her brain. MYP is pure magic. It has shaken me a lot. Impossible to stay the same after it. It unlocks the best of us.”
– Gabriella Paulinelli (Verona, Italy via Brazil)
After joining MYP I feel the world opening up to me, rather than closing in, as it had seemed when I first retired. At that time I felt I needed to find a new career, and work to do that was important as judged by others. Now I can see myself moving in a direction that might benefit others but will be decided by me. I now can allow myself the luxury of looking forward and imagining the life I really, truly want to live. Yes, there will be bumps, interruptions, and segues I cannot control, but my path forward is mine to decide. Being in MYP has helped/nudged me to view everything differently.
– Ursula Tomlinson (Bethlehem, PA)
“This is unlike any other workshop I have ever done; it truly was one of the most meaningful things I have done for myself (personally and professionally).
MYP is like a group of friends who are helping you achieve actual goals but also a sense of purpose and meaning; it is an abundant collection of ideas, views from which you can draw what works for you.”
— MARA MURDOCH (BALTIMORE, MD)
“I've been part of six rounds of Mapping Your Path now. It has helped me reconnect with my creativity in a way I hadn't imagined before. It also brought fun and magic into my life. I think it's the online program I didn't know I was dreaming of. It didn't add overwhelm but brought clarity, simplicity, lightness and helped me figure out what was important to me from the first round. Magic. I have fun creating my own maps and enjoy revisiting my notes and exercises from the previous rounds—it always brings insights and sparks.
Anne brings her magic recipe, her authenticity, creativity, fun and design thinking to guide us along the way. It is magical. She is on the journey with us, shares and is very much active and reactive in the group. It makes it a special place. I love the spirit of curiosity and exploration in MYP, and being with great people from around the world. Anne has a talent for gathering a great community of people in a unique atmosphere.”
— CÉLINE BOURGEOIS (FRANCE)
“You’ve got a magical talent: you can gather incredible humans! The MYP community is such a kind, inspiring, resourceful sounding board and your contagious energy paired with your design thinking approach helps one to feel seen whilst gaining clarity and starting building momentum.”
— CLAUDIA MANDELLI (BERLIN, GERMANY VIA ITALY)
“I am really just incredibly grateful for feeling energized and engaged in shaping the outcome of my life rather than riding the waves. MYP asked me a lot of questions and that felt great. It’s often said that asking a person questions shows genuine interest and caring– it’s how we build connections. Asking myself these questions and pushing myself to answer them (hard!) was rewarding.
I’d absolutely say go for it. It was without a doubt worth the time and money. MYP was different in that it felt authentic, but also innovative and concrete. Anne’s level of engagement with participants across all the sessions and media is unique. As a coach, her authenticity shows and is valuable. ”
“I love the structure of MYP and how it creates a manageable cadence without the pressure to do it all, which has been key for me in my current season of life. I also appreciate the monthly MYP rhythm of workshop, breather, reflection, connection call, breather, *plus* the community and Anne’s ever-present support mixed in. It is quite unique and really provides a sense of camaraderie, warmth, and reflection that makes MYP special.
For me, MYP is a form of self-care and participating via replays on my own time is a huge benefit to dive deeper into the exercises with added flexibility. The community side is truly magical and a beneficial asset for accountability and advice for whatever path you’re navigating—at any stage of life. Anne + the community’s encouragement, the MYP resources, and the tools I’ve gained have been invaluable to my growth, joy, and peace of mind.”
– Lauren O’Neill (Los Angeles, USA)
