My 2025 Vision Board

Despite teaching my annual Vision Board Workshop in January, this year it took me until March to get around to finally make mine. That’s not a good or bad thing, just the reality of my 2025.

I also took a slightly different approach primarily pulling from my giant folder of things I’ve torn out from magazine over the years rather than stressing about getting new magazines. In many ways this feels symbolic of how I’m going into the year with a focus of CONNECTIVITY (see my map here) and connecting the dots rather than working on anything new. It’s a bit of housekeeping and realignment if you will.

That being said, the longer I make these boards, the more I really do see my “touch” and the boards look like me. In fact, several clippings throughout the past few years have appeared on multiple years. It makes sense because I feel like I’ve been building on the same ideas over time. I’m curious in the future if my boards ever take on a completely different look and feel (my first one definitely did!)

I’m not sure that my board fully reflects my goals for the year—more public speaking, extending my reach for workshops (my own community + for companies and teams), and continuing to spread the word/sell more books, but only time will tell how the visions on my board come to life!

Hopefully this post can be a reminder (or permission slip) that it’s not too late to create your own vision board! While I make a new one annually, the truth is these pasted cut outs don’t know the construct of time. I really do feel like all my past years (which you can see here!) all build on each other. Sometimes the magic shows up a little bit later too. (I share more of those stories when I run my Vision Board Workshops—speaking of which, if you’re curious to make your own, my workshop is available with instant access. You get access to all previous years replays as well.)
